Sales Person (Recruitment)
Role available in Ulverston for confident and professional sales person needed to work as a recruiting consultant. . The role will be to develop new accounts and win new business via telephone sales securing good long term contracts in return for excellent sales commissions - earnings potential is in the hands of the successful applicant and is uncapped. Roles potentially available in Ulverston, Lancaster and Kendal.
This role has genuine career potential and could lead to a management role quickly for the right person.
Key Deliverables.
Sales experience a distinct advantage although not essential.
Strong telephone manner and the ability to communicate with senior decision makers.
Desire to work in a good quality NON call centre environment and be truly consultative.
Full training given and help in closing deals in the early stages (commission unaffected).
Focus on customer development and retention with both SME's and major organisations.
